In the context of the seminar that was organized by the Sensory Εvaluation Laboratory of Crete ACR (Οργανοληπτικό Εργαστήριο Κρήτης ΑΣΡ – Σεμινάρια Ποιότητας) on the 24th of February 2024, on the topic of “Olive oil quality, legislation and basic education on organoleptic evaluation of olive oil”, the LIFE IGIC project was presented in the talk with title “Olive tree physiology and farming practices, in organic and conventional olive orchards”.
