Life IGIC project’s results on floristic diversity of olive orchards, were presented at the 18th Panhellenic Conference of the Hellenic Botanical Society (H.B.S.), which took place from 2 to 5 October 2024, in Thessaloniki, at the Centre for the Dissemination of Research Results (KEDEA) of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
The factors affecting floristic diversity in olive orchards and the importance of GI development for floristic diversity conservation and adaptation of olive orchards to climate change were highlighted during the oral presentation: “Green infrastructure application in olive orchards for floristic diversity under climate change conditions”.
